Ebooks

BPO vs Voice AI vs IVR

This eBook communicates the pros and cons of the three different types of call centers, identifies in what scenario and for which businesses each type is appropriate, and explains how they can all be used in conjunction with Replicant Voice AI.

Shaping the Future

This eBook illustrates the challenges contact centers were facing coming out of the first year of the Covid 19 Pandemic, what new trends were emerging, which ones to pay attention to long term, and how to successfully navigate this new customer service landscape with Replicant Voice AI.

Buyer’s Guide

Replicant’s buyers guide communicates to potential customers how they can effectively leverage Replicant Voice to deliver tangible results for their contact center. It guides them through identifying compelling use-cases unique to their business, benchmarking against key outcomes and success metrics, and how to get started in weeks to reduce costs, improve CSAT, and scale customer service elastically on a need basis.

New employee information packet

THE PROBLEM The HR team needed an introductory information packet for all new employees. They wanted something branded and visual, but not too designed. They also needed to be able to update the content themselves, as each packet would be customized to the individual and information relevant to their position. This would need to be both digital and print friendly (basic home printer).

THE SOLUTION I used Google Docs, designing directly in the program as well as importing some graphics and backgrounds elements from Illustrator that would be consistent in every packet.

One pagers

Information-packed one pagers intended primarily for late-stage sale cycles and prospective customers who have already invested time considering Replicant and have more extensive questions.

Case studies

THE OBJECTIVE Easily digestible, visually enticing content pieces that highlight Replicant’s best customer experiences. To enable potential customers to quickly find the case study that best reflects their own needs, the first page summarizes the industry, result statistics, the problem they are addressing, and the details of the specific use-case.

These assets would be posted on the website, shared on social channels, used for paid ads, and could serve as supportive materials throughout the sales cycles. All case studies needed to be visually consistent.

Custom illustrations

I worked with Replicant’s online resources and technical writing teams to create weekly batches of custom illustrations for all blogs, events, webinars, and other online long-form content.

Paid display ads

Forrester report

With the release of their commissioned Forrester Report, I created a set of paid ads as well as two email banners. These all redirected readers to a page on the website.
